Bank Finance and Credit and HC «AvtoKrAZ» cross the road to crisis

     If the crisis can't be struggled by economic methods – it is necessary to cross its road. That is the unusual way Bank Finance and Credit and HC «AvtoKrAZ» chose, having organized on May 16, 2009 anti-crisis motor rally of the most vivid representatives of national motor-vehicle construction.
     Auto show under symbolic title "Bank Finance and Credit and HC 'AvtoKrAZ'. Rally Across the crisis" gathered ten the brightest KrAZ-es of different modifications, which moved by Kyiv streets by route Kharkovskaya Sq. – Leningrad Sq. – Moskovskiy Av. – Naberezhnaya Rd. – Lesya Ukrainka Blvd. – Pobedy Sq.
After motor rally the briefing with the Chairman of the Board of Bank Finance and Credit Vladimir Khlyvniuk and Vice-chairman of HC «AvtoKrAZ» Yaroslav Bondarenko took place.
     According to the Chairman of the Board of Bank Finance and Credit Vladimir Khlyvniuk "with this event we decided to involve citizens of Ukraine and our capital in the problem of  clearance of actions to crisis overcoming and existing financial unsteadiness, in addition jointly with our biggest client HC «AvtoKrAZ» demonstrate as coherent cooperation supports national economy".
     Except that Mr. Khlyvniuk underlined that Bank Finance and Credit is stable and constant financial mechanism which aside from securing and multiplying funds, entrusted by client, conducts transparent policy of national producer support.
    To recap in Bank Finance and Credit operates "Program of support of domestic producer" within its framework UAH 300 million was laid out for subjects of entrepreneurial activity, who would like to purchase any automobile, produced directly by HC «AvtoKrAZ».
    In its turn Vice-chairman of HC «AvtoKrAZ» Yaroslav Bondarenko shared with journalists the information of represented autos and noticed: "I am assured in effectiveness of this event. Indeed as is known our nation does not believe words, that is much more important to see how his savings work. Collaboration with Bank Finance and Credit is the strategiñ partnership of over 10 years which always brought and continues paying off and nourishing domestic economy".

     Bank Finance and Credit was founded in 1990 and is one of the largest banks in Ukraine by its assets according the NBU classification. Authorized capital of the Bank as of 01.04.2009 makes up UAH 2 billion. Net assets of the Bank as of 01.04.2009 amounted to UAH 18.316 billion, Bank`s liabilities made up UAH 15. 840 billion. Bank loan portfolio as of 01.04.2009 - UAH 15, 880 billion. Retail loan portfolio of the Bank as of 01.04.2009 made up UAH 5, 983 billion.

    Holding Company "AvtoKrAZ" (OJSC) was founded in 1996 and today unites 9 Ukrainian enterprises. The main directions of work are trucks with capacity from 5 to 30 tons, oil and gas equipment, a wide parts variety for auto and railway transport.  
    In 2008 Kremenchug car factory produced 3634 KrAZ cars, including auto assembly complete sets. The products were shipped to consumers for the sum of UAH 1, 024 billion.
The company kept the positions at internal and foreign markets, having delivered to Ukraine 1097 cars, to the Russian Federation - 1088, to Turkmenistan - 163 trucks, to Azerbaijan – 113 and other CIS countries - 205 cars in 2008.
    In 2008 Holding Company "AvtoKrAZ" directed to manufacture modernization about UAH 50 million.
