The Bank “Finance and Credit” is in negotiations with the Government on recapitalization

     The Bank "Finance and Credit" is continuing negotiations with the Government about the recapitalization of the Bank and confirms the Bank's decision for the state involvement as shareholder.
     The participation of the Government as a strong partner is an important strategic moment to us in light of both future plans for the Bank development and our clients and partners. At present, we are holding discussions with the Cabinet of Ministers about the state and other investors' stake in the Bank's new capital.
      Notwithstanding the difficult economic situation in the country, at present the Bank "Finance and Credit" honors its obligations with clients in due time.  The bank serves more than 40 thousand corporate accounts, more than 1 million card accounts and almost the same amount term and current individual accounts. And despite the difficult situation in the Ukrainian financial sector we intend to promptly carry out payment instructions and other orders from our clients and partners.
