NBU administration recommends “Finance and Credit” Bank to recapitalization

      "Finance and Credit" Bank is the first to get recapitalization from the state. The decision was reached at the meeting of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine, which took place on April 16, 2009. The resolution states that the procedure of recapitalization will run according to normative documents of the NBU administration.
     The Board of the NBU confirmed the sum of recapitalization of "Finance and Credit" Bank - 50% plus 1 share, which corresponds to the decision of shareholders' meeting of "Finance and Credit" Bank dates March 24, 2009.
     At that according to resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers ¹960 "As of procedure of recapitalization of banks" it is recommended to leading of temporary curator to "Finance and Credit" Bank
