A shareholders' meeting of OJSC Bank "Finance & Credit" was held

On June 24, 2008 there was held a general regular meeting of shareholders of OJSC Bank "Finance & Credit", there were approved: the results of closed (private) placement of Bank shares, which was held in two stages: from June 2, 2008 to June 17, 2008 and from June 18, 2008 to June 19, 2008.
The total amount of placed shares made up 1 446 999 875 common nominal shares, common nominal shares value – UAH 723 499 937, 50.
The report with results of shares' placement was approved at the shareholders' meeting, in addition there were approved the changes to Bank statute, connected with closed Bank shares placement realization and increase of Bank authorized capital by UAH 723 499 937, 50 mln.

As of 01.06.2008, "Finance & Credit" Bank largest participants are: CJSC „F&C Realty" (44,85%), LLC „Askania" (48,17%).
