The first annual international conference "Markets of money transfer, cash currency and bank metals" is completed

       The first annual international conference "Markets of money transfer, cash currency and bank metals" organized by "Finance and Credit" Bank and international system of money transfer AVERS is completed. Over 120 participants from 26 countries of the world performing the largest organizations of different branches were registered.
      According to the Head of organizational committee Ihor Lvov: "The conference exceeded expectations. In the course of plenary session delegates made interesting reports, performed their companies in Ukraine, expressed wishes and actively took part in the discussions".
      The conference participants applied to AUB and NBU with proposal of submission of the term "money transfer to individual" to the resolution NBU ¹496, regulating money transfer system functioning, as the procedure of money transfer from individual to individual is not clearly prescribed.
       The representatives of Russian Banks raised question of indetermination in legislative aspect of Ukrainian banks and Russian financial companies relations, which possess a limited Bank license (id est do not have a right to open correspondent accounts).
       Conference participants solicited for NBU to legislatively regulate questions connected with Internet-payments (electron signature, electron circulation of documents, etc.)
