"Finance and Credit" Bank realizes the informational service on the basis of the own Contact-centre - "Callback".
The content of the "Callback" service is to provide all necessary information on Bank services and products for Bank clients with the shortest possible delay.
You should leave your contact data and the reason of address in the voice menu of Contact-centre or by http://www.fcbank.com.ua and the operator of Contact-centre will call you back at any convenient for you time.
According to the Head of Contact-centre of "Finance and Credit" Bank Aleksander Tarasov: "The Bank efficiently reacts on clients' necessity of informational support. The service advantage is time economy for our clients in information search for Bank services and products, provision with the information in the shortest terms, efficiency increase in Bank clients' servicing. The service is alternative to clients' telephone address as far as it was created exceptionally for immediacy of responsiveness increase on clients' request".
"Callback" has started since the end of February 2008 and it is obvious that dynamics of service popularity growth is stable. "Finance and Credit" Bank "Callback" was created in the end of February 2008 and operates 24 hours on-line. The principal functions are information provision of Bank services and products, service support of existing clients and new clients attraction, receipt and processing of e-mails and on-line applications for consumer loans receipt via alternative sales channels.
Everyday "Finance and Credit" Bank Contact-centre accepts thousands of clients' appeals: income/outgoing calls, electronic mail, IVR and on-line applications completed at Bank site which are processed by 24 operators.

"Finance and Credit" Bank was founded in 1990 and by total assets it enters the group of the largest banks according to NBU classification. As of 01.03.2008 authorized capital of the Bank made up UAH 1,277 bln.
As of 01.03.2008 the Bank's net assets were UAH 14, 023 bln., liabilities totaled to UAH 12, 237 bln. The Bank's loan portfolio reached UAH 11, 277 bln. The amount of attracted funds as for 01.03.2008 was UAH 9, 082 bln.
The Bank services over 112 thousand of urgent deposit account of individuals, in addition over 197 thousand of current accounts. Loan portfolio of individuals of "Finance and Credit" Bank as for 01.03.2008 made up UAH 4, 443 bln.
As of 01.03.2008 "Finance and Credit" Bank emitted over 665 thd. of payment cards of international payment systems «VISA» «MasterCard». The infrastructure of card business numbers 395 own ATMs, over 498 cash withdrawal outlets and 2 955 trade servicing centers.
As of 01.03.2008 "Finance and Credit" Bank system includes 16 branch offices and 384 non-balance offices in all Ukrainian regions.
As of the financial result of "Finance and Credit" Bank work since the beginning of 2008 has made up UAH 4, 240 mln.
