The loan portfolio of individuals of “Finance and Credit” Bank exceeded UAH 4 bln.

As for 17.12.2007 the loan portfolio of individuals of "Finance and Credit" Bank exceeded UAH 4 bln and made up UAH 4 007 598 thds.
Since the beginning of the year the loan portfolio of individuals has increased on more than UAH 2 205 624 thds (222,4%). According to Ukrainian Banks association "Finance and Credit" Bank demonstrates one of the best rate of growth among Ukrainian Banks by present index, according to the results of 2007 the Bank took the 8th position on loan portfolio amount of individuals among the largest Ukrainian banks.
The structure of loan portfolio of individuals as for 01.12.2007 makes up: car loans – 28,88% of total loan portfolio (the growth since the beginning of the year made up – UAH 593 mln.), mortgage lending – 58,35% (growth - over UAH 1,1 bln.), loans on program «First financial aid» - 5,51% (the growth since the beginning of the year – over UAH 82 mln.) loans on program « Instalments » - 0,95%.

Bank "Finance & Credit" was founded in 1990 and by total assets it enters the group of the largest banks according to NBU classification. As of 01.12.2007 authorized capital of the Bank made up UAH 1,277 bln.
As of 01.12.2007 the Bank's net assets were UAH 12,207 bln., liabilities totaled to UAH 10, 448 bln. The Bank's loan portfolio reached UAH 9,677 bln. The amount of borrowed funds as for 01.12.2007 was UAH 7,553 bln.
The Bank provides services to more than 109 ths. thrift deposit accounts of individuals, as well as to more than 178 ths. current accounts. As of 01.12.2007 Bank "Finance & Credit" issued more than 600 thousand payment cards of the international payment systems VISA and MasterCard. The Bank's card business distribution network comprises 362 ATMs, 2,875 sales outlets and 468 ñash withdrawal outlets.
As of 01.12.2007, the system of "Finance and Credit" Bank includes 16 branches and 348 non-balanced departments over all Ukraine.
As of 01.12.2007 financial result of operation of Bank "Finance & Credit" made up UAH 256, 99 mln.
