Crediting by IBRD
After being designated as bank-commissioner of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for IBRD credit line servicing in October 2000, the Bank "Finance and Credit" has an opportunity to provide long term investments in private business in the regions of Lugansk, Dnepropetrovsk, Lvov, Donetsk, Volyn, Kirovograd, Chercassy, Zakarpatye, Zhytomir grace to the funds of IBRD credit line.

In the framework of the
credit line in question
the representatives of
small-scale and average
business have a good
chance to receive
15 - 2 250 thousands
USD for the financing
needs of long-term
investment projects
at reduced interests
- from 8,5% p.a. for
a 5 years period.
The attraction of such
crediting lies in modern crediting technologies permitting to propose
on the one hand the most profitable crediting terms
for borrowers. The sum
of a credit is calculated depending on the financial condition of a borrower.
Special crediting conditions:
the repayment of a credit by equal parts during all the crediting period, grace period
of repayment, flexible interest rates depending on industrial scale and quantity of personnel of an enterprise.

The interest rate of crediting of borrowers is calculated depending on the resources price at London interbank exchange (rate Libor) plus Bank's margin.
Since October 2000 till January 2005 the Bank has furnished credits consisting of IBRD funds for a sum of 6,755 millions USD, including 1,31 million USD in 2004.
Besides investment crediting the Bank takes part in other World Bank projects. In 2003 the accounts of servicing of joint World Bank and Ministry of Finances projects are established in the Bank, among these projects: "Water-supply and sewerage of Lvov ", "Issue of the governmental acts for the land proprietary rights in the rural area and the development of cadastre system", "Social domain reform management".
