Expansion of the branch office network
| As of 1 January 2008 Bank `Finance and Credit` included 16 full-scale branches and 383 outlets operating in all the regions of Ukraine. |
| In 2007 new 80 outlets were opened, 25 projects on upgrade (modernization) of existing branch network implemented, which enabled the improvement of customer service. |
| In 2007 13 regional and 4 territorial directorates were opened with a purpose of effective branch network management. |
The development dynamics of "Finance and Credit" Bank regional network
| Bank `Finance and Credit` is planning to extend its branch network in 2008 to 440 banking units, and in 2009 to 500. |
Bank `Finance and Credit` has its banking outlets in all regional centers of Ukraine, and all its branches are divided into three categories depending on their potential capacity.
À - large universal banking unit
 - medium universal banking unit

Branch network standardization – banking units of the Bank are divided into 3 categories («À», «Â», «Å») depending on location, staff, occupied area and range of services provided.
Universal banking units (À and  categories) provide the whole range of banking services to retail, SME and corporate customers.

Special banking units (Å category) – mini-outlets, main activity of which is a cash management services for the Bank’s client. Branch network structure as of 01 January 2008.
According to strategic plan of the Bank, special banking units will make up no more than 15% of their total number in the branch network by 2009. Bank’s intention is to develop universal network, improve quality of service through opening new branches and modernization of existing branch network. |
